BEFORE YOU APPLY

Please consider the following four suggestions before submitting your 2026 LoToJa application:

1) BE PREPARED - Please read the information published in our Registration Guide and Cyclist Bible. This will help you determine the best category to register for.

2. DETERMINE YOUR CATEGORY so you select the one that is consistent with your training and participation goals as well as matches the category of your friends, family, and/or teammates so you can start with and ride/race together.*

3. HAVE A COMPLETE TEAM if you are joining/signing up as a relay team. Relay team captains will submit the first application to create their team and include the name(s) and email address(es) of their teammate(s). This will email step-by-step registration instructions to all participants so they may submit an application to join the team.

4. USAC LICENSE NEEDED? If you plan to compete in one of LoToJa’s Race categories, USA Cycling requires you to have an annual Membership and buy a Race License. *LoToJa's lottery registration process, and the rider cap we maintain in each category, may affect our ability to easily and fairly move teammates from one category to the next. This is especially true in our Cyclosportive Ride categories. We will accommodate category changes for Licensed Race cyclists that receive an upgrade from USAC.
